TULIP is a not-for-profit Christian book centre that deals in reformed literature. We operate with the aim of promoting godly living through the sale of good reformed books at reasonable prices. We sell our books principally via the web (e-mail orders) and church book tables.
The name TULIP is an acronym for what has come
to be known as the Five Points of Calvinism, namely,
These five points truly speak of the sovereign grace of our great God.
Our goal in this venture is not profit. This does not mean, however, that we do not make any profit. Nevertheless, the small profit margin would be used basically to offset operating costs. Any gain in excess of this will become capital for securing more good titles to be made available to the Christian public. TULIP is registered as a partnership, and all the partners serve on a part-time basis.
The books that we select for sale are mainly reformed in nature. They are basically Calvinistic in doctrine. Some books, though not reformed (but of course still fundamentally evangelical), may be included for the value they offer.
May God's name be glorified through the work of TULIP
